What does pH 5.5 mean and why does it matter?

Healthy skin is naturally slightly acidic, at around pH 5.5. Products at the same pH clean gently without stripping the skin's protective barrier.

How do I use the free pH strips?

Dip a strip in a little of the product mixed with water and compare the colour with the chart on the pack.

Are Gentle Touch products safe for newborns?

Yes. Our formulas are tear-free, dermatologically tested and made without harsh chemicals, so they are gentle from day one.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
